TZOMPANTLI

TZOMPANTLI, a powerful collective art exhibition in European Museum of Modern Art (MEAM, Barcelona), inspired by the ancient Aztec tradition of skull altars.
⠀
This contemporary “altar” brings together artists from Mexico, Portugal, Spain, Brazil, Ukraine, Italy, and more, united in a visual reflection on impermanence, memory, and the transformation of the personal into the collective.
