Sugar, often called the “white death,” is the silent manipulator. It hides in the foods we crave, slipping into our lives unnoticed, from bread and ketchup to sweets, until indulgence becomes regret. Its grip is really profound.
How often do we pause to question what we’re really consuming, or why?
How much is too much before we lose control?

What are you feeding: your body or your cravings?

P.S. WHO guideline recommends adults and children reduce their daily intake of free sugars to less than 10% of their total energy intake. A further reduction to below 5% or roughly 25 grams (6 teaspoons) per day would provide additional health benefits.
